We offer various subscription plans for our online art classes:

  • Starter Artist: Monthly subscription with 4 live sessions
  • Creative Explorer: Monthly subscription with 8 live sessions and recorded content
  • Master Artist: Monthly subscription with unlimited access

Each subscription plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. By subscribing, you agree to the automatic renewal of your subscription.

3. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial class to new customers so they can experience our teaching style before committing to a subscription. The free trial:

  • Includes one complimentary live art session
  • Does not require payment information to schedule
  • Is available once per household
  • Has no obligation to purchase

We encourage all new families to take advantage of our free trial before subscribing.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our art education services. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This satisfaction guarantee:

  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Must be requested within 14 days of initial payment
  • Requires participation in at least one live class
  • Is limited to one refund per household

5. Cancellation Policy

5.3 Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so at any time. Note that promotional pricing may not be available for reactivated subscriptions.

6. Refund Eligibility

6.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Within the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period for new subscribers
  • Technical issues preventing access to scheduled classes (verified by our team)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service cancellation by Detoxwristin
  • Significant changes to scheduled class times with inadequate notice

6.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of subscription after the cancellation deadline
  • Missed classes due to user scheduling conflicts
  • Classes attended and completed
  • Subscription renewals beyond the 14-day guarantee period
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge

7. Refund Process

7.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Explain the reason for your refund request

Once a refund is approved:

  • Creative Explorer and Master Artist plans include makeup session options
  • Starter Artist plan members may request one makeup session per month

If technical issues prevent you from attending a class:

  • Contact support immediately with details of the issue
  • Our team will investigate and verify the problem
  • Verified technical issues may result in credits or refunds
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled class

Note: Technical issues on the user's end (internet connection, device problems) are generally not eligible for refunds.

10. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Special promotions, discounts, and promotional codes are subject to their own terms:

  • Promotional pricing may have different refund terms
  • Refunds on discounted purchases will be for the amount actually paid
  • Promotional offers may not be combined with refund requests
  • Gift subscriptions have specific refund terms outlined at purchase
